We had Courtney do our nose piercings and my daughter's belly button piercing. Courtney is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Courtney made us feel safe and talked us through the whole process. Courtney is confident with the piercing procedure and certainly knows her craft. I recommended Courtney to two of my friends and they too thought she was great to deal with, and subsequently returned to her for their other piercings. Thank you Courtney, you're an asset to Essential Beauty here in Bunbury! The salon is clean, appointments run on time and the staff have always been lovely to deal with.

Was sold the wrong guage piercing. Staff would not exchange for the correct one i originally asked for. They would not even believe me that it was wrong. They were also incredibly rude and dismissive about the whole situation. Had previously had a great experience here but now will not be going back

I had my eyebrows waxed on Thursday & was very happy with the customer service but for some reason it did hurt more then usual but didn’t think anything of it as I go red for an hour or so after getting them waxed but then when I got into the car and look in the mirror, I noticed I got burnt a little under both eyebrows (got photo evidence) which have been very painful & uncomfortable.I just thought I would post this to advise the salon so it doesn’t happen again.

Got my conch pierced on Friday arvo by Courtney. She is excellent, quick, professional and a really lovely person to boot. Her anatomy knowledge is great and she gives good honest advice. Highly recommend her. Business is clean and very professional, good choice of jewellery and knowledgeable staff.

Courtney is awesome. She is very quick when she's actually piercing, which is great. She takes the time to explain everything to you and is really helpful if you're having problems with an existing piercing. Highly recommend Courtney!

literally in love, got two helix piercings. the place is very hygienic, i was greeted with a warm smile. 10/10 recommended, very good prices and my helix piercings are really pretty

Courtney did my septum piercing yesterday and had a rough idea of my previous, not so nice experience of getting my septum pierced, took a look at photos and understood reasons around my anxiousness to have this piercing redone. She was prompt and got the job done quickly, piercing in the perfect spot and made this experience unmatchable. Thank you Courtney, I’ll be back!

I had book appointment for 2pm however for personal emergency I could not attend the appoint so I called in 10 mins before the appoint that I cannot reach and will have to reschedule. However the receptionist that answered my call started arguing with me as to why I did not know an hour before and like she had to let go other appointments. At this point I couldn’t do much but apologies as I was shocked about how she was responding and asking me questions as to why I canceled it.With this in mind I did not event want to reschedule with them nor do I recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE! Came here to get my nose pierced on Tuesday and accidentally knocked my piercing out, when I couldn’t get it back in I came back and asked for help. After two girls basically tried to shoved it back in as hard as humanly possible they told me it had closed over in less than 5 mins. Told me I had to get it re-pierced. I got a second opinion. Turns out they lied and caused that much swelling! So they caused trauma, lied and tried to get more money from me. No apology or anything! Will never come here again. Save your money go to south west tattoos, so much nicer!
