Angel Body Jewellery and Piercing

I was mistakenly sold an acrylic spacer when looking specifically to buy wood (or horn). This was very frustrating given “not acrylic” was the main stipulation and that I live in the hills so it’s not easy to get back to Cannington.Fortunately, management have arranged to mail me a replacement, so I can’t fault their customer service.I understand the reasoning behind not allowing customers to handle the jewellery, but can’t help but feel the error could’ve been avoided if I had been able to touch the piece before I got home.

The girls were informative and friendly, making sure all my questions were answered. While doing the procedure they were gentle and told me what they were doing at each point.I will definitely come back to see them for any piercing issues/additions in the future.

I got my nose pierced by Ellie at Carousel and she was wonderful. She talked me through the entire process and made sure I was prepared for everything that was about to happen. She was quick and efficient and did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

I got a medusa piercing about 2-3 months ago here and the service itself wasn’t bad at all; although the piercer we saw put a bar that was too small in my lip and also put too small a bar in my sisters rouk piercing she got. I thought this place was fairly good until i noticed my Medusa started hurting and I could barely see the piercing on the inside of my lip. Another thing was that they almost didn’t even pay me off, I luckily spoke and told them that i haven’t paid for my service, this shows a slight lack of organisation and is pretty unprofessional.

This place is a joke. My wife brought a $455 earing which they said needed to be ordered. My wife waited 13 weeks, calling regularly to see where it was, always getting told it was ordered and there was a couple of weeks wait.Wasn't until my wife threatened legal action that she got a call back and offered a refund. The manager Natasha is a liar and even said to my wife that she should of waited another 2 weeks. I would give 0 stars if it allowed me to.

Got to my appointment on time, but staff was dealing with other customers so I waited for them to finish, when the staff member went up to me I mentioned I had a booking, after checking she said it was too late for the appointment despite me actually being there on time, she suggested to rebook later in the day which was 3 hours of waiting in the shops, I then said that maybe we could book it another day as I have other things to do in the day, the staff then mentioned there would be a cancellation fee even though I wasn’t cancelling an appointment and I wasn’t even late to the appointment and it was the staffs fault I missed the appointment time by a few minutes as they were dealing with another customer. I didn’t want to pay for a cancellation fee so I waited in the shop for the 3 hours and the lady who pierced my ear was great and did a good job, but as a first experience the customer service was atrocious.

I find all of the staff so knowledgeable, warm and professional at Angel Carousel. Sha pierced me today and I was blown away by how well they communicated what they were doing, made me feel like I had some control in the process and make me feel completely safe. I had a little cry about my personal life and they were so kind, listened and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve had plenty of positive piercing experiences at Angel Carousel but Sha is extra amazing✨

I absolutely love this store. Whether it is ordering online or going in store. Communication is always super clear. I had a piercing done by Natasha on Thursday. Super friendly, education was super clear and the piercing itself was painless. If i could give 10 stars I would.
